My work is intuitive, personalized, and guided by what I sense and receive during each session. I connect intuitively with your energy to understand what may be creating imbalance or keeping you from feeling fully aligned within yourself. Rather than following a fixed routine, each session is unique to you. I may work with the physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual aspects of your experience, allowing the session to unfold according to what you need most in that moment. I often perceive where energy feels blocked, where emotional patterns or imprints may be held, and what areas are ready to be released. My work may include intuitive energy work, emotional release, energetic clearing, focused healing, or other techniques that arise naturally during your session. My journey into energy healing began with my own search for balance and clarity. What started as personal healing opened the door to a much deeper intuitive connection—one that now guides the work I offer to others. Clients often describe leaving sessions feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. Some experience emotional release, energetic shifts, a sense of peace, or clarity around something they've been struggling to understand.
